Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for assistance from Kentucky CancerLink, the individual’s household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level  (FPL) listed below.  The chart below lists both the yearly and monthly maximum household income at 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
