Melissa Bio

Melissa works with Community Relations at Kentucky CancerLink.  Melissa graduated in 1999 from Midway College with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  She has worked in the Physical Therapy field locally for 15 years.  In December 2012, at age 35 she was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer.  During the course of her treatment she came in contact with Kentucky CancerLink and started volunteering.  Since completing her treatment, her role at Kentucky CancerLink has continued to grow into chairing fundraising events and developing donation programs.
