Eligibility​​ Guidelines

Kentucky Women’s Cancer Screening Program

  • Age 21-65
  • Combined Household income 250% at or below federal poverty level
  • No health insurance, or if insurance does not cover screening or if out of pocket for diagnostic services are a burden.
  • Participating facilities state-wide

CHI Saint Joseph Health Yes, Mamm/Yes, Cerv! Program

  • Age 21-65
  • Combined household income 300% at or below federal poverty level
  • No health insurance, or if insurance does not cover screening or if out of pocket for diagnostic services are a burden.
  • Participating facilities located in central KY region
