Kentucky CancerLink currently has funding provided by the Kentucky Colon Cancer Screening and Prevention Program through the Kentucky Department for Public Health to provide NO-COST options for those who meet eligibility requirements:
Kentucky CancerLink currently has funding provided by the Kentucky Colon Cancer Screening and Prevention Program (KCCSP) through the Kentucky Department for Public Health to provide NO-COST at home screenings for those who meet eligibility requirements.
– Age 45-75
–Average Risk (no bleeding, no change in bowel habits, no significant family history, no history of polyps)
– Uninsured
– Kentucky Resident (includes those with Social Security Number, Green card holders, or individuals with work/school visas)
– Financial eligibility based on INDIVIDUAL income. Maximum individual income is $47,880 (may be higher if you have dependents and no other income). Speak with a patient navigator about your options.
Only patients that receive a positive result through the Kentucky Colon Cancer Screening and Prevention Program are eligible to receive a NO-COST colonoscopy.
